kyat15 Terms & Conditions and Agreement
The terms set out on this page form the official agreement between players using the kyat15 platform and the service provider. By accessing the platform, you are considered to have accepted this agreement.
kyat15 is a digital casino platform built for players in Myanmar. The terms in this "Service Agreement" (also referred to as "Terms & Conditions" throughout) apply to all aspects of kyat15, including the website, mobile application, games, and all other services.
From the moment you access the platform, create an account, or play any game, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted all of these terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please stop using the service.
1. Eligibility to Use the Service
To use kyat15's services, you must meet the following requirements —
- You must be 21+ years of age.
- You must be a legal resident of Myanmar or accessing from a region where this is permitted by law.
- You may only open one personal account. Accessing through a public computer or a third party's account is not allowed.
- You are responsible for checking whether online gambling is prohibited in your region before playing.
2. Account Registration and Verification
Every player must provide their correct name, contact details, and payment information. If incorrect information is found, kyat15 may close the account and withhold any remaining balance at its discretion.
- A strict one account per person policy applies.
- If incorrect information is provided during registration, kyat15 may suspend access to its services.
- During the review of deposits or withdrawals, additional verification of the user's personal details may be requested.
3. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
kyat15 accepts KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay and bank transfers for payments.
- Minimum deposit — 3,000 Ks (all methods).
- Minimum withdrawal — 20,000 Ks.
- Withdrawal time — processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after verification.
- Deposits must be made from an account in the same name as the player's account. Third-party payments will be rejected.
- If a transaction is reasonably suspected to involve money laundering, kyat15 will cancel that transfer and investigate further.
4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
kyat15 offers a 120% first deposit bonus (up to 200,000 Ks) as a welcome bonus. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount × 20 times.
- Example — deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 44,000 Ks; you must wager 480,000 Ks (24,000 × 20) to withdraw.
- Example — deposit 340,000 Ks, receive a 200,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 540,000 Ks; you must wager 4,000,000 Ks (200,000 × 20) to withdraw.
- Each player may claim this bonus once only; if you open multiple accounts to claim it again, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions that take priority; these can be viewed on the kyat15 promotions page.
- kyat15 may investigate any betting pattern that appears to be bonus abuse, and may cancel the bonus if there are reasonable grounds to do so.
5. VIP Level and Cashback Terms
kyat15 has three VIP levels. Players receive weekly cashback based on their level of play —
- Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week
- Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week
- Gold — up to 1.2% cashback per week
VIP level upgrades are calculated automatically as your play on the platform grows. Cashback bonuses will be credited within the dates announced by kyat15, and the wagering requirement can be found in the promotion terms.
6. Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kyat15 platform —
- Any form of money laundering or other illegal financial activity
- Attempting to hack the service, using bot software for gameplay, or tampering with game operations
- Match betting or arbitrage combined with kyat15 bonus promotions to gain an unfair profit
- Allowing a third party to play as if they were a kyat15 account holder
- Sharing platform information with others without fully understanding it
If any of the above is found, kyat15 may investigate, suspend the account and withhold any remaining balance.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The website design, logo, graphics, software and all other content on kyat15 are the legal property of kyat15.
- Players may not copy, distribute or use any content from the service for any commercial purpose.
- Modifying or tampering with game software, game formats or game interfaces is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy and Security

9. Limitation of Liability
kyat15 does not accept direct responsibility for financial losses that occur during gameplay. Each player is personally responsible for their own losses and betting decisions.
- kyat15 will make reasonable corrections to affected gameplay caused by platform technical errors, but cannot be held responsible for unexpected losses that occur during that time.
- kyat15 will not reverse the consequences of limits a player has set themselves (e.g. self-exclusion).
10. Service Suspension and Account Restriction
kyat15 may suspend or close any player's account, with or without prior notice, in the following cases —
- If a breach of any of these terms is found
- During financial identity verification (KYC verification)
- When requested by the player themselves
- When kyat15 determines that changes are needed to improve the service
If a closure is carried out without prior notice, kyat15 will immediately notify the player by email, and any legitimate remaining balance will be processed according to the established procedure.

12. Changes to Terms

You are considered to have agreed to these terms from the moment you access the kyat15 website. When you open an account and play, that agreement is treated as a more formal and binding commitment.
Each player may only open one account on kyat15. If a second account is found using the same personal details, both accounts and any associated bonuses will be cancelled, and depending on the activity, the accounts may be closed.
kyat15 processes withdrawal requests within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This timeframe may vary depending on the verification process. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used when making the deposit.
A wagering requirement is the number of times you must play through a bonus amount before you can withdraw it. The wagering requirement for kyat15's first deposit bonus is the bonus amount × 20. For example — if you receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, you must wager 480,000 Ks before you can withdraw the bonus funds.
